NAA's Top Employers
The character of a company is hard to measure, and often found in the hearts and minds of the staff who facilitate that company’s success. That's why the National Apartment Association (NAA) recognizes those member organizations who foster collaboration, innovation and hard work into their companies’ cultures with 2023’s NAA Top Employers.
This award pays tribute to successful suppliers and management companies who provide a challenging, yet lively atmosphere that motivates employees as they learn, grow and contribute to the rental housing industry. As a bonus, each nomination automatically launches a thorough and insightful employee satisfaction survey for the nominated organization resulting in Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Following this year’s nominations/application submission process, all nominees will receive an employee satisfaction report and anonymous employee raw data to make necessary improvements, attract and retain talented staff and use as a benchmark for future performance.
